Sometimes Good Is Good
JetBlue Airlines asked me today, in a customer survey, if I could imagine JetBlue Airlines as a person, is this someone:
-- I would really like
-- I would like a little bit
-- I would not really have an opinion about
-- I would find mildly annoying
-- I would detest
Now, here's an example of a blue-sky idea (pun intended) having no clear antecedent or context. The rest of the survey is straightforward questions about leg room, friendliness of the crew, etc.
I'm not sure if this creative and strange way of getting data from me is effective for JetBlue, but it definitely got me thinking. Probably because I'm here right now.
I voted for the "really like" option. I pictured my JetBlue 'person' looking like this.

Oh, my mistake; I was referring to Dr. Laurence Friedman.
